What do i need to start culinary training?

★Hi, I am a 16yo guy second, and I am looking for information on cooking schools and what to do before I leave. Where are some good community colleges as cooking classes and outside. I wonder what classes to take. I am so far from thinking about being a baker / pastry chef or a bit of management to manage a bakery or restaurant. List also, if possible, a few other culinary topics might be interested. Thank you!★

Le Cordon Bleu offers programs throughout the US and if you visit one if their many sites it has information for getting started. Hope this helps!
