What are some culinary or Baking academys that that dont require a High school diploma or a GED?

★What are some culinary academy bread or failures that require a high school diploma or equivalent? Sacramemto I live in California, but to help. I am 16 years old. Should I be good in mathematics to enroll in an academy of cooking or baking? Really want to do the cooking, but if I can cook up.

Hello hola. You will have to check with individual schools for their requirements, but I am sure that most require at least a GED.
