This is a really great article and provides a lot of truth. I became a vegetarian a few years ago after being diagnosed with high cholesterol. Just three months later my cholesterol had dropped significantly. By cutting out meat and cooking with healthier meat replacements, I have been able to turn around what used to be a very unhealthy future. Planning out my meals is definitely key too, because I’m still a very busy person with a job on the go. What’s great is that there are tons of healthy vegetarian meals you can buy at the supermarket for people like me. A few of my favorites are Tasty Bite, Kashi, and Amy’s. Trader Joe’s has a lot of great ones too. Lately, I can’t get enough of Tasty Bite’s Madras Lentils, whcih are packed with healthy protein, super-lean, and low in calories.
