★I am in highschool and I’m not sure I want to do yet, but I want to do something in the food industry and would love to go to culinary school. Is it necessary to go to a certain type of first college, technical school, four years of college, have experience in some way, or what? Can go directly from high school? Is it wise to do so or not? Any information would be appreciated:) And most schools prefer some form of education than highschool?
