Foods in this group are also high in saturated fats, sugar and salt, which are all associated with increased risk of developing certain diseases. However, fat in the diet are essential for proper nerve function, but should be fit, polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats like olive oil or sunflower oil. Research has shown that following a healthy diet can reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure and may reduce blood pressure and high schools. It may also help prevent certain diseases known to be related to food and nutrition, especially heart disease, stroke, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. A healthy diet should be fun, delicious and familiar. You will feel great with lots of energy, more thin and trim and be physically active and fit, and have the motivation to continue on this path for a lifetime.

Whipped sweet potatoes is an excellent dish, your favorite stuffed eggs or set a tray of fresh vegetables taste and serve Boston Cream Cupcakes for dessert. It is a simple menu that will delight your audience and give you time to enjoy the occasion with them.

SPICED-UP FOUR Fried Chicken for a Crowd

8 cups plain corn flakes cereal, crushed

1 to 1 1 / 2 tsp tablespoon smoked paprika to taste

2 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

1 1 / 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 eggs

Milk 1 / 2 cup

3 chickens, cut into 8 pieces each

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with sides of the film. Aluminum spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs with milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, one at a time. Shake the mixture and then wash the top layer of crumb mixture well. Place on baking sheet. Do not crowd the pieces. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and juices run clear. To serve, arrange on a platter and sprinkle with parsley.

Note: This is a great dish stronger than before, because it is good served hot, cold or at room temperature.

WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES

1 1 / 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch

2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch

1 / 4 cup evaporated skimmed milk

1 1 / 2 tablespoon margarine, fat

1 / 2 teaspoon salt, optional

1 / 2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend

2 tablespoons orange juice

Nutmeg 1 / 8 c. Tea

Place potatoes and carrots in large pot. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are very tender, about 15 to 20 minutes, drain. Return vegetables to skillet. Add milk, margarine, salt, Splenda, orange juice and nutmeg. The mixture of mashed potatoes over low heat, then whisk until desired consistency. Serve immediately while hot.

Yield: 6 servings, but it is an easy recipe to double or triple for a crowd.

BOSTON CREAM CUPCAKES

1 package 1 / 2 sugar yellow cake mix

3 cups low-fat milk

3 egg whites

1 egg

1 / 3 cup plain yogurt low fat

1 package (1 oz) sugar free, fat free instant pudding mix, vanilla

2 containers (4 ounces) of sugar in the case chocolate pudding

1 / 4 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup

Decoration Chocolate Show

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 molds with paper filigree. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, with 1 1 / 2 cups milk, egg white, egg and yogurt. Divide the batter between the companies. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove kitchen cool on rack. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions with the remaining milk. Refrigerate until that firm about 1 hour. Vanilla Pudding Transfer pastry bag with star tip. How do I bring Stainless Steel back to it’s original shine?

★Stupidly, I set a Stainless Steel saucepan on “high” and walked away. Twenty minutes later the homemade chicken soup had boiled dry discoloring the exterior and interior. I’ve tried Comet, dishwashing liquid and a scrubbing pad. It’s usable but obviously doesn’t match the set. Any suggestions?
