> Preparation
Heat the oil in a fryer to 375 degrees F. You want enough oil to cover the wings entirely – an inch or so deep at least.
Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until butter is melted and mixture of ingredients.
Mix flour with paprika, cayenne and salt in small bowl.
If the wings are frozen, be sure to thaw and dry. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly. Place the wings in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes. (This will help in raising stick to wings when fried).
Put all the wings in hot oil and fry 10 to 15 minutes or until parts of wings begin to turn dark brown.
Remove wings from oil to paper towels. But do not let too long, because he wants to serve hot wings.
Quickly put the wings in a large bowl. Add hot sauce and mix, covering all the wings evenly. You can also use a plastic container with a lid large for that. Put all the wings inside the container, add the sauce, put the lid and shake. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery on the side.
