Ultimate Hot Cocoa Recipe: Healthy, rich and creamy Hot Chocolate Delight 2 servings

2 cups soy or almond milk. (I use sugar-free vanilla Blue Diamond almond milk, sugar Westsoy milk with vanilla, or a combination of half of each) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons organic cocoa organic (Nature’s First Law organic raw cocoa powder) 1-2 c. tea oil organic coconut (Selva Oil coconut, extra virgin cold pressed)

Powder Stevia or agave nectar – Use your choice of sweetener. Sweeten to taste.

Mocha option Add ¼ cup of coffee (espresso or fresh infusion) or 2 teaspoons powdered instant espresso (Medaglia d’Oro instant coffee powder) or 2 teaspoons of Mount Hagen Organic Coffee (reg or decaf)

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with 2 quarts. Heat over medium heat until the oil coconut melts. Mix with a mixing wand hand style (if necessary for a more sparkling) or with a whisk. Pour into cups. Enjoy!

Adjust ingredients to taste.

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes (depending on supplies from right)

20-year-old Recipe for French Chocolate Silk Squares

★I think this recipe comes from a 1989 edition of the Magazine Day Women, but I can not be sure. It was included in the diet “healthy” because it has 1 1 / 2 tablespoons of oat bran in each square. Each square has 188 calories, 4 grams protein, 26 grams carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium. This number is good enough for dessert! Ideal for family meals, work colleagues, during the holidays, bake sales, potluck church, etc. Who does not like the idea of chocolate and healthy all in one? FRENCH SILK Chocolate Squares

This recipe is a cut of the Day of a woman’s magazine in 1989, according to notes I’ve met.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until edges begin to brown.

Filling: 3 large white eggs1 / 3 cup cocoa powder 1 / 4 cup end flour1 cup brown sugar2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 tea vanilla extrait1 / 8 v. Tea Salt

Cooked crust, are all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over partially baked crust. Bake 20 TL 25 minutes until surface is dry and slightly swollen. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift paper by the edges on a cutting board. Peel foil. Cut into 16 squares, dipping knife in hot water before making each cut. Note: They are well maintained up to 1 week in an airtight container in a cool place with waxed paper between each layer. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
