I made this cake for my son’s first birthday. This was my second butter cream cake. It was a chocolate cake with two tiers and iced with butter cream. The characters were made out of gum paste and hand sculpted. This is a “Joker” themed fondant birthday cake for a young man turning 29 yrs. old. This two tiered cake is all yellow vanilla butter cake with a vanilla almond buttercream icing!
