★The black & decker ST4000 trimmer isn’t as easy as I thought it’d be to replace the spool,there’s no arrows or markings & I’m having a difficult time trying to get it off. Any & all help would be appreciated.

The Trimmer ST4000 Black and two floors of the building is not as easy as I thought it would be to replace the tail, no arrows or markings, and am having a difficult time trying to lose him. Any help would be appreciated.
