    ★ I like natural foods, but many of the ingredients in this book are working very hard to find. I have never been a recipe. Great pictures, though.

    ★ I love the design and photography in this book makes it fun to watch. I'm not 100% in the recipes. I was disappointed to find most of the dessert recipes call for butter and sugar instead of alternatives. It is a good book for you "started" looking for new ideas for cooking course.

    ★ The book itself is beautiful, I love the picture at all, but unfortunately most of the recipes are a hit with me. It is (of course) a vegetarian cookbook, but I think it was the hope that more vegetarian recipes (or recipes) to be easily veganized. Because I'm a vegan, I personally find it very useful. A friend of mine who was recently accepted a vegetarian and have no more than this book of recipes in it, then eat, I can see the benefits for someone to egg / dairy chooses. To be fair, I have only tested a small handful of the recipes that vegans or veganizable) (so my disappointment is based more on the fact that it's not like I expected.

    ★ If you are a vegetarian, and they are looking for some fun new ideas, then yes you'd love this book. If you take an omnivore, like me, and ways to more vegetarian meals and healthy foods in your diet interesting will probably be disappointed. This cookbook is from what I like to call full of "weird vegetarian food. Barley Risotto recipe kind of machine do it for me. I could not imagine that one of these recipes to my family for dinner. The recipes I have only good class were the dessert or breakfast. Check this personally before buying.
