I emailed Amazon and they want to drag me back to a UPS store to send and they will again send another. I ordered this to replace a very old Panasonic was more or less in the past. The vacuum, which exceeds the hands down, and I like the bag less pot. Buy this Hoover reiew after reading a positive. My Hoover came from Amazon with rust on the wheels and it looked like it from a flea market. It is blue and not red like the picture. You are not come with attachments. I called Hoover and remanufactured these points do not come with attachments. Do not recommend bad product. Buy a new one, instead.
