Hi HomicidalDrizzt. Thank you for watching. I’ve never substituted honey for sugar in this particular recipe. Depending on how sweet you want it, I would probably try 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups honey. Plus, you might need to reduce the liquid in the recipe. Also, I’m not sure how the honey will react to the high heat from boiling. It would be more like a trial and error.. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Let me know if you try it. Hugs…
