★Dhan here teaches you how to make your own KFC in the country. This is the recipe for MI. I worked in a KFC as a cook for two years so I know my shit. This spicy chicken over KFC. He also knows a little better,,, IMO. Here. We. Go. Ingredients: Chicken – skin. (Any amount that you want .. just increase the flour ..) plain flour Spices: Salt Pepper * * secret ingredient of curry powder * 2 * # Secret Ingredient optional Ajina – Motorcycle vegetable oil – enough to deep fry mofkn . Step 1 * Add a generous amount of oil in a saucepan large enough for several pieces of chicken. . Lots and lots of oil and heat up or if you have a thermometer in step * 365 Faranheit 2: Prepare the flour. * Put the flour in a bowl large enough properlly chicken meal can. (What happens to the flour) * Add lots of salt, I mean not like some scripts that I mean to go all out! * Add a v. some pepper soup * Two tablespoons curry powder (depending on how spicy you want your chicken .. My opinion more the better, but not exceeding 3) * A year and half of tablespoons Ajina-Moto (optional, leave if you do not want yo shit yehhh MSG in ahhh) * Mix Dat shit. Step 3: Prepare chicken Wash chicken well, make sure the skin is still ongoing. Well thawed. the chicken should be slightly damp, so you can get the flour. Step 4: Batterne this shit Take a piece of chicken and dip it in flour and coat well and shake a bit to get the excess flour, YOU DO NOT NEED a great big coat . . . B>★

@Dmafia100 everything matters, think of it as a math equation, 2 + 2 = 4, however take an ingredient out ( 2 + 1 = 3 ) then the outcome wont be the same, the only ingredient that you wouldn’t NEED to use is the Ajino-Moto (MSG) in fact i recommend not due to health issues, however i did in this demo to replicate the KFC flour.

@ERASER1091988 the way to make even the inside of the chicken good is to create a marinade, here;
5 cups of water
1/2 cup of salt
and then add the other spices you added to the flour mixture.. minus the flour.
Soak the chicken in the mixture for 5 hours or overnight, no longer.

@killlbot Ok one more Q, only the skin of my fired chicken was tasty and the rest of the meat was just tasteless so is it suppose to be like this?

@ERASER1091988 it depends on your taste buds, the amount of salt i put in this video is similar to that of the taste of the Original Recipe, it is salty, but thats why they give a pepsi or some other sweet beverage to accompany it. But no not really, go ahead and do what i did, and if you don’t like it change it after!
