Lemon Tilapia Fillet Dinner Recipes~~suitable for Diabetics and Others
★This tasty and healthy menu features a dish of fillets of tilapia recipes with lemon Unfried Green Tomatoes, peppers colorful salad, butter cake for dessert.
LEMON tilapia fillets
4 tilapia fillets (about 5 ounces each)
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 red / 2 teaspoon
2 lemons, cut into 6 slices each
1 / carrots 4 cups grated cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 c. butter tea
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Cut 4 pieces of parchment paper into 13 "x 9" rectangles. Place 3 slices of lemon in a cross in the center of each rectangle of parchment paper. Top steaks with lemon. Sprinkle with carrots, dill and parsley evenly over the fillets. Top each with 1 teaspoon butter. Double rolls to make packages. Crease the folds, but leave enough room for air circulation. Purses Place on a baking sheet and bake. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until fish is opaque. Serve immediately.

Unfried Green Tomatoes
Flour 1 / 4 cup
1: 4 cup yellow cornmeal
Salt 1 / 8 tsp Tea
1 / c. Tea freshly ground black 4
A pinch of Splenda
3 green tomatoes, sliced 1/2-in thick – it should take 15-16 slices
1 / 3 cup skim milk
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and Splenda. Pour the milk into a small bowl, soak the slices of tomato, both in milk then dredge in flour mixture. Lightly coat both sides of tomato slices with cooking spray. Place a baking sheet and heat in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately coat with cooking spray. Place tomato slices on the sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
COLORFUL PEPPER SALAD
1 medium green pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and diced
Onion 1 / 2 cup red onion
1 can corn, drained
1 black beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 / olive oil 4 cups
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon juice
freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl, combine peppers, onions, corn, garlic and cilantro. Mix well. Add olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add black pepper and roll again. Add beans and stir to mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
BUTTERMILK PIE
1 9-rind raw
1 3 / 4 cups Equal Sugar Lite —
1 / 4 cup all purpose flour
Salt 1 / 4 tsp Tea
1 / 2 cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1 / 2 cup egg SUBSTITURE
1 / 2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tsp tea vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coffee extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix equal, flour and salt. Add butter, eggs and egg substitute. Beat lightly with a rotary or electric mixer. Add butter, beating with a wooden spoon. A mixture of flavors. Pour in the lower pulp and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool before cutting.
