How Do I Look After Enamel Saucepans?

★I'm in the purchase of funky retro enamel pans, etc. at the time. How can I without destroying them – use burning / paste and the scrapping of tooth enamel from the inside?
They also bake it? Do I sit on oil to cook them in plus / minus the grill?
Thank – Thanks, I'm used to keep things – when I cook!★

Are you talking about enameled cast iron or steel? I have enameled cast iron, I use plastic utensils inside so as not to scratch them up, if the handles are not plastic it’s o.k. to use in the oven or grill, yes you will need to use a lubricant, oil or spray.. I use baking soda to remove stubborn stuff. I have found that if you scorch or burn something if your quick you can move the food to another pan(don’t stir) fill the scorched pan with hot water and boil the scorched stuff off, follow up with baking soda.
