★ Vacuum-time arrived. It seems to work as advertised. My only problem is, is missing one of the plants – an extension of the wall of $ 6. I spoke with 2 different people at Amazon and they said that a magic wand not included because their website says the product contains only "tools on board." I tried to explain that the box and the manual says that the wall contained is, and the wand was one of the "instruments on board," but there are still people that because they do not wave a magic wand appears on the website that do nothing. Nonhelpful They gave me 2 options: Either I have to pay to get it back to Amazon and they sent me a new or Hoover would call and ask if they could send me the part free of charge. Therefore, terrible customer service for a decent product. This disappointed me as I used to buy many things from Amazon. What I found in recent months that Amazon is ideal for books and other things that are basically 1-piece is. But the value of the items that have multiple parts that are high, or are fragile, tend to have problems. It should be based on books.

★ I researched empty for several months and read positive and negative comments. My other is a vacuum cleaner, but it is old and weak, exhausted, so I thought I could trust the Hoover brand. And recommends, as a popular source for consumer reviews, I decided to buy this gap. Also, I sucked my whole house is empty and broken. I'll be back for a refund and try another brand. If you know of any brands MADE IN THE USA?

★ I was tempted, a high-end vacuum cleaners, when I read about this purchase. The price was good and I am very pleased with the performance of these lightweight vacuum. I would recommend highly recommended.
