I ordered 4 different flavors of these Breakfast cookies, and these are my favorite flavor. I also like the Morning Sunrise, but the Apple and Chocolate flavors are just a tad too sweet for me.
These honestly taste like a dense banana nut muffin – yum! As another reviewer noted, there aren’t a lot of nuts, but that’s okay with me
We keep these in the freezer and the kids grab one on their way out the door in the morning. We aren’t breakfast people, and by mid morning, these really hit the spot. My son also took these on his boy scout backpacking trip and they were a hit.
I made the mistake of eating 2 in one day once – NEVER AGAIN. Thought I was going to explode with gas. Lots of fiber in these – which is a good thing if you are forewarned…. lol.
Enjoy!

These cookies are perfect — soft, flavorful but not as sweet as a dessert cookie. Fantastic with milk, coffee or tea and filling. Glad I have these on the auto-delivery plan!

This is just the right amount of banana – and I don’t mean that laffy-taffy fake banana extract taste, this tastes as close to homemade banana nut bread as I think you can get in a pre-packaged product. Love it in the morning.

This could be my favorite flavor of Erin Baker’s Breakfast Cookies. It is very moist and good tasting, almost like a banana nut muffin from a bakery. Plus, I don’t feel guilty knowing it is made with good for you ingredients. It keeps me filled up for hours.

These breakfast cookies come in handy when one does not have time to prepare and eat a hot, nutritious breakfast. They are very filling (sometimes I can’t eat the whole cookie) and they taste fresh. Not a “cookie” in the traditional sense, so don’t expect a sugary cookie treat.
