I love this pan, and I bought it because its nonstick coating supposedly is made with nontoxic chemicals. The pan is great. My only comment is that it is shaped more like a wok than a large, vertical sided skillet. That may be exactly what some people want, and it works great. It just limits the capacity of the pan.

I am a big fan of wok cooking and have done a lot of it over the years. I usually shy away from non-stick woks because of their poor performance, but I have been so impressed with my other Cuisuinart GreenGourmet cookware that I decided to give this one a try. I am so glad I did! The cooking surface is very durable and the heat distribution is exceptionally good. And, of course, no sticking – clean-up is amazingly easy!

I have the stir fry pan for two weeks no. We are very satisfied with the quality so far. It heats up much quicker than our previous traditional hard anodized pan and keep all surface hot so that it stir fry pan doesn’t cool off when you drop a bunch of vegetables to stir fry. It is very easy to clean as well.

Wonderful size, good lid, can be used for almost anything from boiling water to saute’ and stir fry. I like the long handle, too.
Solid, decent heft. Nice product.

This wok is terrific. You don’t have to use any oil when cooking, it heats evenly and clean-up is a breeze.
