I bought this cookbook for the office, and I liked it so much, I bought a personal copy as well. I go through tons of cookbooks and this is perfect. Recipes, relatively easy to make, great selection, beautiful photos and design. Very, very nice. Who wants to cook would receive them.

Another wonderful addition to the collection of my Cooking Light cookbook! When you subscribe to the magazine, or buy the annual cookbook, these recipes are all repeats. However, the book is well produced on high quality paper, and offers a lot of brilliant full-color photos. It also offers suggestions for the menu, they know I appreciate it. I love the fact that the recipes offered here are quick and easy, and many use the same ingredients that make shopping a breeze. Nothing to say negative? No.
