The book is good but not as good as the light of other cookbooks.

I have this book for 7 months and so far I have 29 recipes, but all three were very good. Even the three who do not get extra points for big too fast. My top 5 are: Sweet orange salmon, shrimp with feta cheese Cumin Crusted Pork Soft Tacos, a plate of chicken and white beans Romero, spaghetti with meat sauce. This book shows that even with a busy schedule, you can eat more healthy and tasty meals.

Although I love cooking light, thought it was a strange collection of recipes. I also felt that they are not as child friendly as I had expected.

This book has many recipes that do relatively easily. Each recipe gives the service of ideas, and which child elements can be paired with each dish. The Con is only for this book that many of the recipes you need exotic ingredients (Orzo, ginger, chipotle pepper, fresh rosemary, etc.) that most people have not been at home. If you have the extra trip to the grocery store the other hand, this is a great tool.

If you are a cookbook, you never know what you get. Too often, I have chosen in the local bookstore, only to come home and find that forces me to go to a specialty market for ingredients. This is not a book! It has a quick and tasty recipes using ingredients readily available (which often already). Heck, the recipes are so simple that even my husband can cook! (Not that men can not cook. Just can not cook.)
