I need a good recipe for TILAPIA?

★Does anyone have a recipe for tilapia, whitefish or another. I tried several, and the least palatable. I changed my eating habits, and always try to work on this thing for fish, but I need help with taste! Let me explain. . . recipes low fat! LOL. No frying. Do not fry. Thank you!

Alternative Burger Recipes and They’re Perfect for Diabetics and Others

★If you are a lover of the hamburger, but the doctor told me to reduce consumption of red meat? Or maybe you just want to start eating more healthily. Here are some recipes for hamburgers to help. If you want to have a hamburger without meat, we offer a recipe for black bean burgers. They want meat, but no beef, no problem. Try our Asian-Turkey burger style. It may take some time to adjust to the meat, hamburgers less, but these recipes you get off to a good start.

Black Bean Burgers

1can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 / 2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs powder

1 / 4 cup chopped red onion

1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 / 4 c. Tea dried cumin

1 / 8 c. Tea freshly ground black pepper

1 egg

Place beans in large bowl and partially mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide mixture into four equal parts and form patties.

If grilling, spray grill with non-stick spray. Grill five minutes on each side.

If cooking in a skillet or griddle, spray the surface before baking and again when turning burgers.

Asian Style Turkey Burgers

1 egg white

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 / 2 cup dry breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 / 4 c. tea ground ginger

Pepper 1 / 8 tsp Tea

Earth 12 oz turkey

In a bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix just until blended. Shape into four burgers. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray, add burgers and cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Serve on whole wheat bread with your favorite seasonings.

Still on the lookout for recipes that suit tighter food budgets

★No wonder that since the beginning of the year, food editors across the country have spent much time mooching up revenues that can be adapted to the budgets of food.

For my part, I always tried to be sensitive to select the recipes on these pages. It’s a delicate balance to maintain when it wants to encourage leaders to broaden their culinary horizons a bit, still not exceed the time or expensive ingredients dishes.

I recommend using boneless chicken thighs, no breasts to make stews and dishes that are overheating. The leg meat does not dry out as easily as the breast meat. In addition, it is much cheaper than buying meat from the thigh bone and the bone yourself.

Bean Chicken Pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup chopped onion

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 stalks celery, chopped

2 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch said

1 pound chicken thighs, boned, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

4 cups chicken broth low sodium

1 14 1/2-ounce can tomatoes, diced

1 box 15 oz cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup pasta Assembly arc small (small forms can be substituted)

4 tablespoons grated Parmesan

1. Heat the oil in an oven over medium-high Dutch. Add onion, garlic, celery and carrots. Cook, stirring, 5-6 minutes until tender. Add chicken and cook until golden on all sides, 6-7 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 12 minutes.

2. Pour into four bowls, top each with 1 tablespoon Parmesan. Makes 4 servings, each with 445 calories, 34 grams protein, 9 g fiber, 14 g fat, 4 grams saturated fat, 1385 mg sodium

Note: To reduce sodium, use low sodium canned beans.
