Very,very nice Videos,for real.The day the americans start eating 70% of they daily meals, just veggies instead of 70% meat like now,I bet you we can cut the highest epidemic of obesity in this country forever.I’m not 100% vegetarian, but I’m 70%, almost 80%, this is why I only weight 152 pounds.Thanks and Happy Holidays to everybody from: “Niagara Falls”.
